Amro Shamaileh focuses his career on drafting wills and estate plans and counseling trusts of all sizes. From modest to multimillion-dollar estates, Amro has helped his clients navigate the nuanced world of estate planning. Amro founded Islamic Wills USA with the belief that Muslims in the United States should have an affordable and accessible option to create an estate plan that complies with Islamic, state and federal laws.

Prior to founding Islamic Wills USA, Amro worked with the Illinois Law Firm of Per K. Hanson, Associated, P.C., a boutique estate planning law firm, where he specialized in estate planning and probate administration.  Since May 2017, Amro has been a founding partner at Mohammed, Shamaileh & Tabahi, LLC, which provides real estate, estate planning and business services to corporations and individuals across Illinois.

Amro maintains a busy pro bono practice to serve those who cannot afford legal representation. Among other things, Amro serves as pro bono counsel to the Hayyat Clinic and the Palestinian Student Scholarship Fund and offers his services free of charge to indigent families and individuals.

Amro graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009 with a B.S. in Mathematics and completed his law degree in 2012 from the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington. Indiana, a top-25 ranked law school.
